In today’s fast running life all of us, from the MNC employees, to the college kids, even housewives, live life at breakneck speeds. While having a routine 9 to 7 job has its advantages, a housewife’s job is slightly more tough as though everyone thinks that you have a lot of time on your hands, only you know how difficult it is to go for fitness regime. The one day you may decide that you have to go to the gym no matter what is when some unexpected guest or the little one has the flu and is home for a couple of days.
Get rid of the sweet temptations: Give some healthy options to yourself and your family. Get the recipes which are simple and homely. Stock up on the healthy recipes include roasted lotus seeds, dry figs, dates, sweet recipes with jaggery and gift yourself and your family a healthier lifestyle.
Even if you have the habit of snacking throughout the day, these healthy choices will come to your rescue.
For fitness here are some ideas:
Get a trainer or any expert to come home: When you’re paying that much, cancelling is not an option. If you can afford it, this one is a winner, as you have nowhere to run when that doorbell rings. Getting yourself to that class may be easy to cancel out , but not this one. Once you get hooked, look for the cheaper option of group classes.
Be ready always: Trying to stick to a routine maybe impossible. So if you have dedicated your mornings to workouts, and something comes up, be open enough to take it in your stride. Instead of sticking to a routine, make up your mind that you will go to the gym, anytime whenever you have a window of an hour. If you have to pick up the kids, start one hour earlier. Go to the gym, change and then go for work.
Work performed by a housewife in day to day life is not only physically tiresome but also stressful. Same time they ignore themselves a lot and outcome is disastrous.
Now a days women at every age have numerous physical aliments PCOD, infertility, hypertension, diabetes, neurological problems , migraine list is endless. Believe or not few little steps may give super results if we follow. Only discipline matters.
Clear your house of junk: For little hungers we rely on junk filled in cabinets as we are in hurry every time. So next time when you shop for grocery try not to buy chips, cookies and high sodium items.
