General Fundas of Fitness In today’s fast running life all of us, from the MNC employees, to the college kids, even housewives, live life at breakneck speeds. While having a routine 9 to 7 job has its advantages, a housewife’s job is slightly more tough as though everyone thinks that you have a lot of time on your hands, only you know how difficult it is to go for fitness regime. The one day you may decide that you have to go to the gym no matter what is when some unexpected guest or the little one has the flu and is home for a couple of days. Work performed by a housewife in day to day life is not only physically tiresome but also stressful. Same time they ignore themselves a lot and outcome is  disastrous. Now a days women at every age have numerous physical aliments PCOD, infertility, hypertension,  diabetes, neurological problems ,  migraine list is endless.
